Custom software · São Paulo, Brazil

You see it working before you pay.

Custom systems in four stages. You approve each one before paying for the next — and you can stop between them, with no penalty.

Paid stage by stage

AssessmentPrototypePartialFinal

The most you risk is the first stage — and it is the smallest of the four.

  • CNPJ 68.351.441/0001-71
  • Invoice per stage
  • Signed contract

How it works

Four stages. You approve each one.

Every stage ends with something you can see working. Only then is the next one charged.

  1. Assessment

What will be built, what each stage costs and the date of each delivery. It becomes an annex to the contract.

    Deliverable Scope + schedule
  2. Prototype

Clickable screens and flows before the system is written, while changing things is still cheap.

    Deliverable Clickable prototype
  3. Partial delivery

The core of the system running in your own environment. You test it with your own data.

    Deliverable Module in production
  4. Final delivery

Complete system, documented and with training. You know how to use it and you know what you have.

    Deliverable System + documentation

Between one stage and the next: you approve and carry on — or you stop, with no penalty.

Every stage you pay for comes with an invoice. If something we delivered is defective, we fix it at no cost for 30 days after final delivery.

What stays with you

The code is yours. From the first stage.

  • The repository is yours from the first stage — not at the end, when turning back is no longer an option.
  • It runs on your account, on your server, with credentials in your company's name.
  • Changing suppliers one day does not depend on asking anyone for anything.

“Arnaldo did an outstanding job. His command of Python and data science is remarkable, and it showed at every stage of the project. Communication was clear, fluid and always focused on results.”
Hernando Castro Arana Colombia · four projects
“Arnaldo is reliable and shows initiative: once he is clear on what is needed he moves ahead, and if he has any doubt he gets in touch straight away. It is a good experience working with him. Recommended.”
Adolfo Dominguez Mexico · inventory control

Before we talk

The four questions everyone asks.

What if I want to stop halfway?

You can. You can stop between any two stages, with no penalty. Whatever has already been delivered and paid for stays yours, including the code.

What does it cost?

There is no price list: the price of each stage comes out of the Assessment, in writing, before you commit to anything. If it does not justify the investment, we tell you instead of selling you something.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope — any timeline given before the Assessment would be a guess. The schedule with the dates comes with the proposal and becomes an annex to the contract.

Do you invoice and sign contracts?

Yes to both, on every project. The CNPJ — the Brazilian company tax ID — is in the footer and can be checked with Brazil's federal tax authority before any conversation. We sign NDAs too, using your template.

Tell us the problem. We'll say if we can solve it.

A first conversation with no obligation and no sales script. If this is not the right moment, we say that too.

We do not build brochure sites or off-the-shelf stores — those already exist and cost a fraction.
